okla!!

ok la weekend ni..not bad..
  1. cut my hair - dh jadi cm askar kembali..
  2. went breakfast @ lemon jelly
  3. shopping..kejap je..
  4. saw man utd won derby game against man city with frens..roOney!!!
  5. cooked..ayam tandoori and sayur fishball
  6. rest while watching tv with housemates..parent trap..oh lindsay time suci..hehe..

esok should be a busy day..month end report..lots of work to do..hate monday..but that what i paid to do right..love my company..so kena rest for tomorrow..

SLeEp!!!

Its friday..at last.
Nk tido..letih ni..byk keje..gerak from desk byk sgt arini..lucky ada diari n ipod.xdela ngantuk sgt.somebody said to me, sleep makes you younger, make you happy, no stress always in dreamland.for me, strictly 8 hours sleep..xleh x ckp 8 jam..plus bleh mengurangkan berat badan dan kencing manis.yeke..abg ipar i yg ckp..

so Eight tips to help you sleep better:
  1. Keep it regular - Make sure you go to sleep and wake up at roughly the same times every day, including the weekends. This helps set your biological clock - in no time, your sleep schedule will become a routine. - Selalu buat..x jadi pun..ke tido lebih.
  2. Avoid alcohol and caffeine - Avoid drinking caffeinated-beverages before bed. While many people think of alcohol as a sedative, drinking it before bed results in disrupted and poor-quality sleep. - langsung x minum..so none applicable..
  3. Stop smoking - Nicotine is a stimulant and affects sleep in the same way as caffeine. Smoking can cause disrupted sleep. - pun x buat gak, non applicable.
  4. Make your bedroom a place for sleeping - Your bedroom should be the place where you feel the most relaxed - so get rid of any clutter, keep the lighting low and, most of all, banish the telly to the living room. If you normally send emails from bed, your body is going to recognize it as a place to be alert. - thats why i went to ikea belfast..make my room cosy and besh.
  5. Relax your mind and body - For the best night's sleep, wind down with a bubble bath, candlelight and music, yoga, or a good book. You'll fall asleep more quickly and sleep better if your mind and body aren't wound up. If you exercise on the way home from the office, try stopping by the gym on the way in. - mlm ni mmg nk pegi gym pun. tp esok tu mesti rase letih lagi.
  6. Sleep in a comfortable bed - If you want to wake up well-rested, sleep on a mattress that is not too hard, not too soft, and not too old.- mungkin ni kut i x sedap tido. ok esok cari tilam.
  7. Leave your troubles at the door - If you’re worrying about what you need to get done tomorrow, make a to-do or priorities list. When you wake up, you'll feel organized and ready to take on the day. - tu pasal i ada diari ofis..every to do lis is there. well documented n post kuning tu pun ada.
  8. Put some thought into what you eat - Going to bed over-stuffed can leave you feeling uncomfortable, making it hard to fall asleep. However, going to bed on an empty stomach is just as bad. Have a small dinner 2-3 hours before you go to sleep, and if you need a snack, try turkey, milk, or peanut butter. They contain the amino acid tryptophan which causes you to feel sleepy. - ni kekadang terbuat..esp time party2 farewell or birthday somebody.or org dtg karoke kat rumah.

"Pasal fali tu..mmg betul jgk abah ckp..kalau nak berkenalan ngan org kena le bersopan..so kalau dlm internet gmbr tak bersopan..org dah tahu mmg kena cap playboy le..tapi apan tau fali mmg takde le berparty2 mcm bdk2 bujang yg lain..fali skrg ni dah berubah byk..dia takde je nak pegi2 tmpt tak senonoh ni..kadang2 je..tu pun pasal birthday le, farewell le..so abah tak leh expect fali tu nak escape benda2 mcm ni..kena pegi mmg kena pegi..so kena le bergaul gak ngan semua..kawan tu tetap berkawan tapi kawan je la..tapi fali mmg tetap fali yg dulu..abah jgn risau.."

sungguh menyentuh hati ku baca email ni.dh berkali2 gak baca ni..hehe..thanks bro..u the best..

Apple!!!

I just read this article..

"The proverb "An apple a day keeps the doctor away," addresses the health effects of the fruit. Every morning, i always have a breakfast with an apple and a glass of water. n thats it. i guess is a healthy way but cm x je..hehe..anyway, just want to encourage my friend to take an apple..or buy it at the supermarket..so that i can take yours when i come..hehe..love apple!!!

what i have done during this year

hi blog,

sorri for not update..so many drama went on in my life..i guess one of my resolution list will not be happen after all the drama..rite now, i'm single..yes..after all the plan, now its vanish like a dust. its been frustrating year for me.. i have done my surgery this year..quite well actually.now i doing my physio pretty good.keep doing the cardio and etc. now i hoping to get back to the squad i miss so much this year.

for travelling, its great..i went to EURO 2008..finally..best gile..went to Vienna.the city was beautiful and the fan zone was purely fantastic..got a drink and support Turkey(islamic nations) TURKIYE!!!TURKIYE!!..went to praga..also watching the SPAIN-ITALY game in the city center...what a night.cheap food even in a 5 star restaurant..hang out in the square while watching live football. after that, went to macnhester again to watch my beloved team..yes, i was there when manchester destroy stoke 5-0..wish i stay at manchester.

for finding partner, my mum keep telling me keep your options open. n dont rush it. so i guess i keep on looking..i found one, but i dont know what will happen next. keep this one very closely but not to fast..slow and steady..but the prob is what the reaction given from her. i dont know and finger cross.

right now, i kind sleepy at work.so just writing blog..ok..continue working..chiow..
