We are the champions of cardiff..yahoo..hehe..

after hard work on the gym and training with the guys, finally paid off..gladly i done something i'm proud about..

On 28 of march 09, the tournament began..there a lot of new team with new faces...also teams from International like korea, Hong Kong and China were there too..they all studies in cardiff..hehe..first i thougt they all came from their countries just for the tournament..gila la..

our road to the final was very difficult..tested our nerves both physically and mentally. we got indian team playing with us in the grouping..then we met Hong kong in qtr finals. that match was tough..i think i hurt my back during that game..Hong kong team was big and strong.. then in the semis, we met CHINA. also a strong team..muka2 player cm baru balik dr shaolin temple..sebijik muka cm jet li pun ada..tendang bola pun kuat gila..all people on cardiff supported us if we msian playing with CHINA..haha...

then in the finals, we met ANg's team..glasgow..playing in a big pitch surrounding with a lots of people..all our players were tired and suffered minor injuries..but we went through the pain and finally become champions..

but, came with a price..i just got back from my physio..i have to rest for 2 weeks because of my back pain..no competitive match for me..just nice to prepare for cork games.

marathon ni pun x sure lagi..but i pegi lagi jumpa physio on friday to see if i can join the marathon.hopefully i'll be ok..i have with me all the exercise to do with my back problem...so just keep doing that everyday.

Marathon..

i baru je baik dari demam..rasenye got a virus from somewhere..probably letih kut..cz on st patricks day i pegi main bola..then esok tu keje..esok tu la i rasa cm x sedap badan..balik pkl 4 ptg..then on thursday x pegi keje..jumaat pegi la keje..tp cm rase x sihat gk. sabtu n ahad pun duk rumah je..pakai baju tebal even pakai stokin..duk je kat rumah..nasib la ada org masak..so senang la hati..makan, tido, tgk internet, tido, mkan, mandi..hehehe..now rase cm feeling better..but still my nose have problem..now my body rase x fit..dhla this friday nk pegi cardiff dh..tgk blog cardiff games cm besar je event..sama besar cm notts..siap ada opening ceremony..siap ada perbarisan lagi.. our team was thinking what to wear at the opening..cm nk pakai topi st patrick..or suit n tye hijau..poyo gile..tgk la nanti cmne..

on st patrick day..duk rumah je..layan cite gran torino..best gk cite tu..pastu main bola from pkl 5 smpai 7 ptg..selalu main 100 % all out..tu pasal demam esok nye..hehe..patut duk rumah je..layan movie lagi..nyesal pun ada.

on 5th april , i masuk marathon which is great ireland run..dh dpt pack stuff from them smlm..my number will be 5256..siap dpt baju nike free lagi.insya masuk tv in RTE TWO..hahaha...confirm pancit..so i rase nk jogging dulu..then jalan la..cz on 4th april tu pegi belfast ada tournament bola..so confirm tired and muscle pun sakit after bola..but try la dulu..cz this is my first marathon since merentas desa kat skolah..from form 2 untill form 5 i slalu dpt top ten dlm merentas desa kat skolah..tu pasal kurus kt skolah..form 1 x dpt la..cz time tu gemuk..hehe..

tgh baca instruction n tips for the marathon..hope my friends will come to phoenix park to see me muntah2 or pengsan2 kat finish line..malu doe..

can it be much easier???

Rite now, i'm at the office..trying to publish the accounts on the intranet of my company..have getting difficulties on Investment in B shares..quite difficulty with all the regulations..plus the intranet controls before it can publish..aargh....well, this is work...just do it..

now my bro xde kat dublin..he went to paris with his family..so i have to jaga rumah dia..mmg la best..dpt main game time break lunch..hehe..then bawak kete pegi merayau..tp xde la merayau sgt..cz duk bz ngn keje kan.. from 9 am tu 7-8 pm..x gile lagi than msia..

due to economy crisis, i'm glad i still have a job..n still my wage increase and also i got a bonus..but not much as last year. but still ber syukur la..my dad siap cm nk buat sedekah lagi kat masjid..tp i x decide lagi..ape nk kasi kat masjid..duit la kut..mothers day coming up..so i nk kasi kek secret recipe kat my mum..my sis ckp dorang nk pegi bukit tinggi on this wednesday..so i nk kasi on selasa la..if sempat lagi..try book online mlm ni..

so belfast games coming up..heard also for cork games..but it is not official yet..ape2 main sudah..asalkan comeback kid complete..hehe..

Birm games 09

thank god after the games, i was ok n feeling good. we got 2nd place in the tournament. i play 7 out of 8 matches from group stages until the final. naza was injured, so i step in to play his role. a wing back..my prefer role in the middle of the field..but as long as i'm playing, i can play anywhere..i'm happy for that.
group stages was ok..we got second in the group.one draw and 4 wins..then we met stafford in the qtr..we won by 1 nil courtesy from our best buy player from manchester safwan. then we met our old classic enemy..liverpool..we got draw untill came to penalties..we kept our nerves and our confidence was high..we won by 3-2 penalties..
In the finals, we fought against the home team..birmingham..which the team was so consistently manage been in the finals in any competitions..we have confidence and our mentality was strong..but luck was not our side..we lost 2-0 in the end. we could have the lead in the first minute..but faiq's strike hit the post..n also erie's..
happy note was erie won the man of the match trophy n rizal won the best keeper in the tournament.congrats to them..for me, thanks again for giving me another opportunity to play again in the tournament after long lay off..one year je pun..hehe..so my comeback in 2009 was almost complete..so keeping up the good work..:)
