This morning i went to Tallaght hospital to meet Dr Maurice Nelligan who was responsible for my knee operation in March 08.. went there just to follow up and check the progress i made on my knee. the doctor said it was very fine and perfect..nothing more he can do. he said keep up with the gym and play safely..also wearing knee guard for one year..so this is my last visit to the hospital then..so happy..thanks to doctors,parents, brother and sister, friends, crunch fitness, nike, maximuscle and joint ace for keeping me doing what i do like.hehe..sports that is..

so no more rough sport i suppose.but tag rugby coming up on march. even sheffield games on march too..

my fren asked me if i want to join them to go Amsterdam again. in 2009, i would like to go place that i never been before. so my next destination will be:

nearest will be barcelona..prob around 20 feb onwards..so i can watch fc Barcelona entertain Espanyol in Nou Camp Stadium. then go to manchester to see my team playing in European Champions League againts Inter Milan on March. Cant wait to see Jose Mourinho face again. but that game wil be on wednesday night. so probably flying on wednesday noon..then take a day off on thursday or going back to work on thursday after lunch..wait and see.

Just finish my call with auditor from PWC..it was ok..but i think there will be more question ask from them. this is first time with PWC..usually with KPMG. so they want to know every details on control and compliance thing.but thats work..so keep on it..

Call my sister this morning, my niece answered. we spoke in English. even her english was better than me. i was impressed.she told that they were all playing in the water pool. kinda miss them. my sister want plastic bags from harrods for the kids. wow, food bag for school from Harrods..pergh...

i bought a flight to london on 9th Jan..sponsor by my sis..nk kena settlekan barang2 dia beli masuk kan dlm kotak for shipping..total all stuff is 30 kg..i can bring my old cloth for shipping too..kasi kat cousin2 kat kampung..if i think about it, cm byk je nk bawak balik..

today went some shopping for cousin2 n frens in malaysia..ada lagi benda x jumpa.dorang pesan susah gile nk cari..probably cari kat london..if ada masa..time kat london..confirm la pegi makan je keje..

bad news for GBE..my mate NAQI got injured during futsal training.he twisted his left knee.same problem with me..just advise be positive and stay strong..thats all i can tell him..all the pain and suffer had i experienced before..so i know.wishing him well for the future..hope he can come back playing..truly shock when somebody is in peak of his fitness then suddenly got injured just in a flash..disappointed but life must go on...for me..keep the rehab going..fit is my goal,lose weight pun..yeke???smlm main bola sejam, hari training 2 jam..ckp la kut..

Shopping at london!!

i went shopping kat london..bahaya la london..especially time sale..best tul..byk gile benda dh la murah..

nasib la x bawak duit byk..if not, then i already bought ipod touch, tv lcd 32 inch samsung, and a fon.

but i bought two pairs of guess jeans, a bally bag, an armani belt, quicksilver cap, polo shirt, superdry t shirt, nintendo wii pack, clinique happy for men and givenchy for men perfume and a knitwear from zara.

kat london, ramai gile org malaysia..cm rase kat kl or kat one utama..rindu malaysia..x sabar nk balik..ada lagi 2 weeks..x beli lagi for parents and org2 pesan lagi..mati..

my sis lagi la..byk lagi shopping dr i..yela..for a family of one husband, 4 kids and two bibik..hehe..

maybe i kena pegi london next week, cz my sis nk shipping a box for all the stuff she bought..so i kena uruskan..but have to wait from mas airlines for confirmation of upgrading from economy to business class.bleh topup weight baggage..i nk pegi london lagi..x sempat nk jln2..hehe.
