My assistant

what will be my ideal assistant?

i need somebody who can assist me on all issues with professional attitude. i want somebody who works not just for me but for the company. somebody who cares about the company growth. somebody who can sit beside you helping with business activities. somebody who can do more what been ask for.

really need that type of character for my assistant. hardest thing to find are finding the right people.

not like, everymorning and everytime looking for facebook, gossip news, shopping online, baby shopping and etc..

just do what the task given..even more, out of the office on time, no extra effort. doesn't impress me at all..

but still all the task given are finish..probably thats ok for the time being..but i do think i need somebody better.

probably i go for man instead of woman.

ART CONNECTIVITY

Probably all people don't know ART CONNECTIVITY (M) SDN BHD. a company within TRI GROUP which run and taking care of by me..hehe..

Funded by TRI SYSTEM TECHNOLOGY SDN BHD ( i thank you for that), but managed by me.

Originally the company is a principle of brand for Structured cabling system call ART. its an OEM brand. manufactured in CHINA but repackaging and rebranding here. then we market our stuff to all other companies who need it. kind like selling nike stuff to other shops.

now, everything have change..the mission was simple. ART = TRI. so ART have to go the same path with TRI. As an system integrator companies.

From zero to loads, now ART have register most of the government body which all contractor have to register. MOF to ST to PKK to TM to TNB to UM to CIDB and much more..

Now with the help of people in TRI Group, ART had secure some projects with JKR, UM, TNB and many other companies.

but, this is only beginning. my aim is to create the best the company can be.. i want the company bigger than ever. from few people to large people working in this company. I hope i can be the best.. wish i can have a mentor which i can follow.. so far i had to do what others told me to do.

i wish i can do more..make my own decision. get bigger projects.. so i can have a better life with my family. AMIN...

a lof of things i have to learn.. how to manage people is the hardest one. to get the right people is the key to success for longetivity of the company.

I just saw ireland got beaten by wales. Wales were the better team on today's game. Just like O driscoll said " we made so many mistakes, its cost us a lot. Wales play great today.credit to them".

Well, hard luck boys!!! Better try next time..

i'm back

Its been a long time since I wrote this blog..so much happen the past few years. Now I m staying in kota damansara, msia. Working with my brother in law as ICT contractor. Totally different wiht my previous job as an accountant. So a lot of new things I've learnt so far as if I'm a businness man at this momemnt.

I'm a married man right now. Got hitched with wan nadrah wan hashim on april 2011. Good news lads, baby is on the way..I will become a father. Feels great..can't wait to have one. But I felt a big responsibilitycoming up. So I have to prepare for it. I hope its not too hard being a dad. Expecting on january 2012. Probaby the same birth date as me.
